Some things we want to remember about Parks at 9 months:
- I just realized I didn't weigh him. I will have to do that and update this post.
- He has two teeth. It seems like he wants to eat all the time.
- He is a master of the army crawl. He gets up on his knees a lot, but then he sees something he wants to get to and reverts back to his old faster method. He is going to have some strong arms!
- He has figured out how to pull himself up to standing by holding onto things. The first time he did is he was so happy and proud of himself. The dishwasher is his favorite thing to do this on. He pulls himself up and then squeals with joy at all the dishes (or maybe it's because of his accomplishment).
- I'm pretty sure that he has decided from listening to the rest of us that we communicate by yelling to each other. He likes to yell and squeal happily to all of us.
- He loves people and always reacts with a big smile when anyone smiles at him. He is a super smiley little guy which we absolutely love.
- He tends to sleep close to 12 hours a night. He has surprised us a few times lately by sleeping in past 7 in the morning which is such a treat! :)
- Most of the time he still takes three naps, but he's probably close to dropping the last one.
Such a happy boy. I had about 20 different pictures of him smiling at me like this. He makes these little photo shoots pretty nice.
Darcy and Ezra always like to get in on the photo shoots. Parks always goes right for Darcy's hair whenever she gets close enough. Thankfully she is a good sport about it.
