Back in July we tried out a new campground for our annual camping trip with our friends. We really loved this quiet, fairly empty little place. We had the boat and there was a dock right there by us. We went out that first night and really enjoyed it, but when we came in we hit rocks and messed up the prop. That meant no boating the next day, but the kids still enjoyed exploring and playing in the water in the swimming area. The babies went to sleep ok and slept through the night, but woke everyone up bright and early at 5 o'clock which made that morning a little tough but we survived.

We just got the kids a wakeboard and they were all excited to try it on. No one thought they were ready to actually get towed by the boat, but they liked to have the dads pull them in fast to have a little taste of what it will be like some day.
