Darcy Elle

She is here! We think she is the sweetest thing in the whole world! We decided Wednesday to make a switcheroo and go with Elle instead of Ann for her middle name. Tricked ya! She was 7 lbs. 10 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long. Lots of dark hair. We loved our doctors and nurses. I pushed for about 45 minutes. There was a moment when I was saying I couldn't do it, but the pushing wasn't the hard part. I will say more later because I am in pain at the moment and want to try to fix it. We are so happy and grateful things went so well and that we have this perfect little baby with us now. Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers.

Congratulations, Mommy & Daddy! I am so happy that things turned out so well for you. I was thinking about you all day yesterday! I wish I could be there to stop by and say Hi and see the little girl. I can hardly still believe that you had a girl, but I am so excited for you! Can't wait to see more pictures.

A picture is worth many words. When I saw her my dry eye problem was cured. Very precious. And Drew looks amazingly good after going through all that. Darcy looks like she is about two hands tall. Why no pics of you Lindz? Not looking perky enough? Wish I could see you all. Luke texted me and said "I'm an uncle." I said "That aint nothin." Grampas rule("74") Love ya

really did a fine job. I'm a very proud Great-grandma, you can bet, Was she worth all the erpin' and birpin' you did way back then, Linds? She's just about the cutest baby ever; Luke may disagree and say maybe the second cutest, but we'll take her and love her to pieces. Hope Mamma and Papa are doing well! Hurry home so I can hold her before she,s grown up! We love you all.Grandma.
